摘要
【目的】研究热拌薄层Thus-10在干线公路养护中的应用。【方法】基于体积-性能平衡方法进行Thus-10配合比设计,并对其路用性能进行室内验证。【结果】确定了Thus-10的生产配合比,其中1#(5~10 mm)∶2#(3~5 mm)∶3#(0~3 mm)∶矿粉=45∶23∶25∶7,最佳油石比为6.3%,沥青∶高黏添加剂=96∶4,纤维掺量为混合料的0.3%。Thus-10具有较优的高温性能、水稳定性和低温性能,相对于其他同类型超薄罩面沥青混合料相应的指标较优。依托宿迁市S324省道养护工程进行Thus-10应用,形成了热拌超薄Thus-10施工技术指南。【结论】将Thus-10在江苏、贵州、浙江等地区干线公路养护中进行了应用,具有较好的推广应用价值。
[Purposes]The application of hot mix thin layer Thus-10 in trunk highway maintenance is studied.[Methods]This article is based on the volume-performance balance method to design the Thus-10 mix ratio and conduct indoor verification of its road performance.[Findings]The production mix ratio of Thus-10 has been determined∶1#(5~10 mm)∶2#(3~5 mm)∶3#(0~3 mm)∶mineral powder=45∶23∶25∶7,the optimal oil stone ratio is 6.3%,asphalt:high viscosity additive=96:4,and fiber content is 0.3%of the mixture.Thus-10 has excellent high-temperature performance,water stability,and low-temperature performance,which is superior to other ultra-thin overlay asphalt mixtures of the same type.Based on the maintenance project of Provincial Highway S324 in Suqian City,Thus-10 has been applied,forming a construction technology guide for hot mix ultra-thin Thus-10.[Conclusions]Thus-10 has been ap⁃plied in the maintenance of trunk highways in Jiangsu,Guizhou,Zhejiang and other regions,and has good promotion and application scenarios.
