摘要
【目的】随着新能源汽车产业的快速发展,传统的锂离子电池液态电解液已不能满足市场需求。固态电解质能有效解决锂离子电池的安全问题,是目前新能源领域的研究重点,可以为相关企业的专利战略布局提供技术指引。【方法】以PatSnap(智慧芽)专利检索系统收录的锂离子电池固态电解质相关专利作为数据源,对专利申请发展趋势、法律状态、专利申请人进行可视化分析,并从材料、结构、工艺、专利引用次数等多个维度总结无机、聚合物、有机无机复合固态电解质的技术发展情况。【结果】无机固态电解质和有机无机复合固态电解质具有良好的应用前景,国外企业已经在无机固态电解质方向做了大量专利布局;我国有机无机复合固态电解质领域的专利布局还较少,企业的相关专利布局还较为分散。【结论】加强有机无机复合固态电解质方向的专利布局,确保电解质上下游产业全过程受到知识产权保护,同时深化产学研合作。
[Purposes]With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry,the traditional liq⁃uid electrolyte for lithium-ion battery can no longer meet the market demand.Solid-state electrolyte can effectively solve the safety problem of lithium-ion battery,which is the current research focus in the field of new energy.This study aims to provide technical guidance for the patent strategy layout of relevant en⁃terprises.[Methods]Taking the patents related to solid state electrolyte for lithium-ion battery included in Patsnap as the data source,we visualize and analyze the application development trend,legal status,and applicants,and summarize the technological development of the inorganic,polymer,and organicinorganic composite solid-state electrolyte in terms of multiple dimensions,such as the material,struc⁃ture,process,and number of citations of the patents.[Findings]Inorganic solid-state electrolyte and organic-inorganic composite solid-state electrolyte have good application prospects,and foreign enter⁃prises have already applied a large number of patents in the direction of inorganic solid-state electro⁃lyte;organic-inorganic composite solid-state electrolyte field patent layout is still less in China,and China′s enterprises related to the patent layout is still relatively decentralize.[Conclusions]It is sug⁃gested to strengthen the patent layout in the direction of organic-inorganic composite solid-state electro⁃lyte,ensure the whole process of intellectual property protection in the upstream and downstream indus⁃tries of electrolyte,and deepen the cooperation between the industry,academia and research institutes.
