摘要
【目的】当移动通信基站因种种原因需要供电单位进行油机发电时,铁塔公司需要对发电费用进行风险化管控,防止作弊发电以套取发电费用补助。【方法】市电电源相较于油机电源的电压频率相对稳定,通过比较两种电源电压频率的差异性,构建电源识别模型。【结果】开发了一种基于电压波形差异的电源类型识别装置,可以准确地识别出市电供电和油机供电,杜绝了把市电供电当作油机供电和市电供电正常却依然采用油机供电的情况。【结论】通过仿真模拟和现场安装测试,该装置能够准确识别基站电源类型,满足铁塔公司对发电费用风险管控需求,有助于降低运维发电的费用支出。
[Purposes]When the mobile communication base station needs to ensure the power supply unit for power generation due to various reasons,the tower company needs to carry out risk control of power generation costs,prevent fraudulent power generation,and obtain subsidies for power generation costs.[Methods]The voltage frequency of the mains power supply is more stable than that of the oil gen-erator,and the power supply identification model is constructed by comparing the difference between the voltage frequencies of the two power supplies.[Findings]A power supply type identification device based on voltage waveform difference was developed to accurately identify the mains power supply and diesel generator power supply,and to prevent the mains power supply from being used as generator power supply or the generator power supply under normal mains power.[Conclusions]Through simula-tion and on-site installation test,the device can accurately identify the power supply type of the base sta-tion,meet the demand of tower company for risk management and control of power generation costs,and help reduce the operation and maintenance power generation expenses.
