煤气锅炉燃料系统阀门方案对比分析

摘要 【目的】为充分利用钢铁厂富余煤气,提高自发电率,煤气锅炉发电机组成为了重要的余能利用设施。煤气阀门是煤气锅炉燃料系统的重要组成部分,对发电机组的安全性和经济性起着至关重要的作用,因此有必要对煤气阀门方案进行对比分析,找到安全、经济、合理的配置方案。【方法】通过对国内外相关规范的研究,结合工程实践经验,重点分析燃料系统中隔断装置、快速切断阀和调节阀的常用型式和配置方案。【结果】通过分析对比发现,各规范对快速切断阀和调节阀的设置只有原则性要求,对于具体数量和安装位置没有明确要求,应结合工程实际情况进行阀门的配置。【结论】为兼顾安全性和经济性,提出了三种煤气阀门配置推荐方案,在工程实践中可根据不同的机组容量进行选择。 [Purposes]To fully utilize the surplus gas in the steel plant and improve the self generation rate,the gas boiler generator is an important facility for the utilization of surplus energy.However,gas valves are an important component of the fuel system of gas boilers,playing a crucial role in the safety and economy of power generation units.Therefore,it is necessary to compare and analyze the gas valve schemes to find a safe,economical,and reasonable configuration scheme.[Methods]Through the study of relevant regulations at home and abroad,combined with engineering practice experience,this paper fo-cuses on analyzing the common types and configuration schemes of partition devices,quick shut-off valves,and regulating valves in fuel systems.[Findings]Through analysis and comparison,it was found that each specification only has principle requirements for the setting of quick shut-off valves and regu-lating valves,and there are no specific requirements for the quantity and installation position.The con-figuration of valves needs to be combined with the actual engineering situation.[Conclusions]To bal-ance safety and economy,three recommended gas valve configuration schemes have been proposed,which can be selected according to different unit capacities in engineering practice.
