螺旋推进机构滚筒安装方式对行驶性能的影响研究

摘要 【目的】由于常规行进机构接地压比较小,在沙滩上易发生下陷等情况,会部分丧失甚至完全失去行动能力,故选用螺旋推进机构作为沙滩行进机构,为提高其在沙滩的行进效率,需对下置滚筒安装方式进行研究。【方法】通过软件对螺旋推进机构在沙滩中的行进场景进行模拟分析,获得实际行驶速度、牵引力等参数,通过计算对行进效果进行评定。【结果】研究结果表明,左旋滚筒左置、右旋滚筒右置的安装方式行进效果较好,且通过沙粒位移方向可确定沙粒沿滚筒旋转时扇叶出土方向堆积与滚筒转向有关,与扇叶旋向无关。【结论】研究结果可为螺旋推进机构滚筒安装方式提供参考。 [Purposes]Due to the relatively small ground pressure of conventional locomotion mecha-nisms,situations such as sinking are prone to occur on beaches,resulting in partial or complete loss of mobility.Therefore,the selection of a helical propulsion mechanism for beach locomotion is imperative.To enhance its efficiency in beach locomotion,it is essential to investigate the installation methods of the lower roller.[Methods]The locomotion scenarios of the helical propulsion mechanism on the beach were simulated and analyzed using software to obtain parameters such as actual traveling speed and traction force.The effectiveness of locomotion was evaluated through calculations.[Findings]The research indi-cates that the installation method with the left-handed roller placed on the left and the right-handed roller placed on the right yields better locomotion performance.Furthermore,it was observed that the di-rection of sand displacement along the roller rotation determines the direction of accumulation of sand when the blades rotate,which is related to the roller's steering rather than the rotation direction of the blades.[Conclusions]The findings of this study can serve as a reference for the installation of rollers in helical propulsion mechanisms.
