摘要
【目的】在冷拌冷铺沥青混合料路用性能试验的基础上,对现有路面面层结构力学进行分析,为农村公路中轻交通作用下路面结构类型的选择提供参考。【方法】采用ABAQUS有限元软件,选择面层材料为冷拌冷铺沥青混合料、冷拌冷铺混合料(70%RAP)和热拌热铺沥青混合料,建立典型路面结构的有限元模型。在标准荷载作用下,计算不同面层材料对典型路面结构的力学参数,验算无机结合料稳定层疲劳开裂寿命、沥青混合料层永久变形量、路基顶面竖向压应变进行路面结构验算,针对季节性冻土地区,进行沥青面层低温开裂验算。【结果】结果表明:弯沉值分析中面层3<面层1<面层2,基层层底拉应力分析中面层3<面层1<面层2,AC-13冷拌冷铺混合料永久变形量轻交通时小于15.7 mm,中等交通时小于19.26 mm,沥青面层低温开裂验算开裂指数为3.37。【结结论论】在农村公路中轻交通作用下,选取5 cm冷拌冷铺(RAP)沥青混合料;在中等交通下,选取5 cm冷拌冷铺沥青混合料。考虑超载和重载情况下,冷拌冷铺沥青混合料还无法满足路用要求。
[Purposes]Based on the road performance test of cold-mixed cold-laid asphalt mixture,the structural mechanics of the existing pavement surface is analyzed,which provides a reference for the se-lection of pavement structure types under the action of light traffic in rural roads.[Methods]ABAQUS fi-nite element software was used to select the surface materials as cold-mixed cold-spread asphalt mix-ture,cold-mixed cold-spread asphalt mixture(70%RAP)and hot-mixed asphalt mixture.The finite ele-ment model of typical pavement structure was established.Under the action of standard load,the me-chanical parameters of different surface materials on typical pavement structure were calculated.Check the fatigue cracking life of the inorganic binder stability layer,the permanent deformation of the asphalt mixture layer,and the vertical compressive strain of the top surface of the subgrade to check the pave-ment structure.Check the low temperature cracking of the asphalt surface in the seasonal frozen soil area.[Findings]The results show:structure 3<structure 1<structure 2 in the bending value analysis,struc-ture 3<structure 1<structure 2 in the base layer tensile stress analysis,the permanent deformation of AC-13 cold mix and cold laying mixture was less than 15.7 mm in light traffic and less than 19.26 mm in medium traffic,and the cracking index of asphalt surface was 3.37.[Conclusions]Under the action of light traffic in rural highway,5 cm cold mix cold spread(RAP)asphalt mixture was selected.Under me-dium traffic,choose 5 cm cold mix cold spread asphalt mixture.Considering overload and heavy load,cold mix asphalt mixture can not meet the requirements of road use.
