摘要
【目的】探究双层蜂窝复合材料板的抗爆炸冲击性能。【方法】采用LS-DYNA有限元分析和试验方法,以两种不同材料(玻璃纤维、凯夫拉)作为蒙皮与Nomex蜂窝芯组成双层串联蜂窝夹芯材料,并以其为研究对象,对冲击波毁伤靶板的动态响应过程进行研究,与试验结果进行比对分析。【结果】得到了靶板在冲击波作用下的动态响应数据及吸能情况。【结论】蜂窝是主要的吸能部件,凯夫拉板的毁伤情况更严重。
[Purposes]This study aims to investigate the blast resistance performance of double-layer hon-eycomb composite panels.[Methods]The finite element analysis using LS-DYNA and experimental methods were employed to study the dynamic response of the target panels to blast waves,using two dif-ferent materials(glass fiber and Kevlar)as skins combined with Nomex honeycomb to form double-layer tandem honeycomb sandwich materials,which are taken as research objects.The dynamic response data and energy absorption of the target panels under the impact of blast waves were obtained and compared with experimental results.[Findings]The study provided data on the dynamic response and energy ab-sorption of the target panels under the impact of blast waves.[Conclusions]The honeycomb structure is the main energy-absorbing component,with the Kevlar panel showing more severe damage.
