炼铁高炉本体煤气跑冒治理实践与应用

摘要 高炉炼铁是在高温、高压密闭的逆流煤气发生器内进行,随着高炉投产后会出现不同程度的煤气跑冒现象,尤其是在当今大富氧、大喷煤、高顶压、高冶炼强度的条件下,煤气跑冒严重影响安全生产和环保治理优化。通过分析高炉煤气跑冒产生的因素,从高炉建设施工、装料制度调整、定期排碱等方面对煤气进行治理,实现了2000 m^(3)高炉本体煤气达标排放。 Blast furnace ironmaking is carried out in a countercurrent gas generator with high temperature and high pressure.With the blast furnace put into operation,there will be different degrees of gas running phenomenon,especially under the conditions of large oxygen enrichment,large coal injection,high top pressure and high smelting intensity,the gas running seriously affects the safety production and environmental protection management optimization.By analyzing the factors of blast furnace gas runaway,the gas is controlled from the aspects of blast furnace construction,adjustment of charging system and regular discharge of alkali,and the gas discharge of 2000 m^(3)blast furnace body is achieved.
