摘要
从电解铝基础理论出发,研究铝电解槽极距与相关技术条件参数之间的数学关系,利用电解常规测量和化学分析数据快速测算极距,通过实践对该测算方法的可行性进行了有效验证,列举了测算极距的注意事项,并对影响铝电解槽极距的现场因素进行了分析。
Based on the basic theory of electrolytic aluminum,the mathematical relationship between the electrode distance of aluminum electrolytic cell and related technical parameters was studied.The electrode distance was quickly measured by electrolytic routine measurement and chemical analysis data.The feasibility of the measurement method was effectively verified through practical practice,and the precautions for measuring the electrode distance were listed,and the field factors affecting the electrode distance were analyzed.
