摘要
根据汽油机EGR冷却器工况特性和对材料的要求,开发出适应复杂环境下性能优良、成本低廉的超纯铁素体不锈钢材料J444E钢。通过对200~630℃、900~1050℃中高温力学性能及900~1050℃不同温度下100~500 h不同时间及900℃钎焊前后高温氧化性能和氧化层的试验研究和分析,表明该材料在工况环境下具有良好的力学和抗氧化性能。
According to the working characteristics and material requirements of EGR coolers of gasoline engines,the ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel J444E steel with excellent performance and low cost is developed.Through the experimental research and analysis of the mechanical properties of 200~630℃,900~1050℃and the high temperature oxidation properties and oxide layers of 100~500 h at different temperatures of 900~1050℃and before and after brazing at 900℃,the results show that the material has good mechanical and antioxidant properties under working conditions.
