电感耦合等离子体发射光谱同时测定锌冶炼渣中钙、铁、锌三种金属元素的研究

摘要 利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定锌冶炼渣中Ca、Fe、Zn三种金属元素,采用电热板消解样品,ICP-OES进样分析,可快速测定锌冶炼渣中的多种金属元素。实验结果表明:将浓盐酸作为消解液,消解温度为200℃条件下,其检测强度与浓度呈线性相关,三种元素校准曲线的相关系数均在0.999以上。以空白实验中未检出目标物确定方法检出限,方法的检出限为0.01~0.12 mg/L,检出限较好。对样品进行加标回收实验,结果为89.9%~94.1%,重复测定6次的相对标准偏差在2%以内,可获得良好的检测结果。综上所述,该方法具有精密度高、回收率高,检测速度快的优点,可广泛应用于锌冶炼渣中金属元素的快速测定。 Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was used to determine Ca,Fe and Zn in zinc smelting slag.The metal elements in zinc smelting slag can be rapidly determined by ICP-OES sampling analysis and electrothermal plate digestion.The experimental results show that the detection intensity is linearly correlated with the concentration at 200℃when concentrated hydrochloric acid is used as the digestion solution,and the correlation coefficients of the calibration curves of the three elements are above 0.999.The detection limit of the method was determined based on the blank experiment,and the detection limit of the method was 0.01~0.12 mg/L,and the detection limit was good.The results were 89.9%~94.1%,and the relative standard deviation of 6 repeated tests was less than 2%.Good results were obtained.In summary,the method has the advantages of high precision,high recovery rate and fast detection speed,and can be widely used in the rapid determination of metal elements in zinc smelting slag.
