摘要
本文分析了变频器成柜设计的通风散热问题。运用数值模拟分析,探究了柜体风扇转速、柜体风扇数量、柜体开孔率三种因素对柜体散热的影响,通过分析得出了柜体通风量与变频器通风量接近时,散热的各项参数最优的结论。根据最优点进行变频器柜体的设计。用这些准则,可正确地进行方案论证、比较及选出最优方案。
This paper analyzes the problem of ventilation and heat dissipation design of inverter cabinet.Through the numerical simulations,we analyze the influence on heat dissipation under the three factors which are fan speed,the number of fans and the opening rate of the inverter cabinet.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the heat dissipation is optimal when the ventilation volume of cabinet is close to that of inverter.The best advantages should be considered when designing the inverter cabinet.With these rules you can assess and compare projects correctly and choose the best one.
