不同山桐子家系叶片功能性状及养分特征差异

摘要 为了解不同家系山桐子(Idesia polycarpa)在引种地叶片功能性状及养分特征差异,以江西省新余市分宜县山下林场山桐子种质资源库中植株为研究对象,测定分析16个家系山桐子叶片功能性状及养分特征,利用主成分分析法、聚类分析法、隶属函数法对16个家系山桐子各项指标进行综合分析及评价。结果表明:16个家系在叶片功能性状及养分特征间存在差异。湖南吉首36家系(XXZ36)的叶片功能性状特征极为明显,叶片寿命最长,对资源和养分的利用效率最高;江西九连山1家系(JLS1)的比叶面积小,但固碳氮能力高;湖南吉首57家系(XXZ57)的叶形大小稳定且磷及水分利用效率高。采种地的经度、年平均降水、年日照时间等环境因子对山桐子叶片功能性状和养分特征有显著影响。16个山桐子家系间的叶片功能性状和养分特征的遗传变异较大且在空间上不存在特异性。不同家系山桐子对引种地环境具有一定适应性,但其生长受到引种地磷的限制。 To understand the variations in leaf functional traits and nutrient characteristics among different Idesia polycarpa prov⁃enances in the introduction site,this study used the I.polycarpa germplasm resource bank plants in the Shanxia Forest Farm,Fenyi County,Xinyu City,Jiangxi Province as the research object.The leaf functional traits and nutrient character⁃istics of 16 I.polycarpa provenances were measured and analyzed.Principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and membership function method were used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the indicators of the 16 I.polycarpa provenances.The results showed that there were differences in leaf functional traits and nutrient characteristics among the 16 provenances.The leaf functional trait characteristics of the Hunan Jishou 36 provenance(XXZ36)were the most promi⁃nent,with the longest leaf lifespan and the highest resource and nutrient use efficiency.The Jiangxi Jiulianshan 1 prove⁃nance(JLS1)had a smaller specific leaf area but higher carbon and nitrogen fixation capacity.The Hunan Jishou 57 prov⁃enance(XXZ57)had stable leaf size and shape,and high phosphorus and water use efficiency.Environmental factors such as longitude,mean annual precipitation,and annual sunshine duration of the seed sources had significant effects on the leaf functional traits and nutrient characteristics of I.polycarpa.The genetic variation of leaf functional traits and nutrient characteristics among the 16 I.polycarpa provenances was large,and there was no spatial specificity.Different I.polycarpa provenances had certain adaptability to the introduction site environment,but their growth was limited by the phosphorus availability in the introduction site.
