煤制烯烃、石化、新能源耦合降碳探讨

摘要 “双碳”背景下,在保障国家能源安全的同时实现煤制烯烃等煤化工装置的CO_(2)减排尤为重要。介绍了乙烯、丙烯的国内市场现状,分析了现有煤制烯烃项目、石化行业乙烷制乙烯项目及多能耦合后煤制烯烃项目的碳排放,指出通过煤制烯烃、石化、新能源的耦合发展,可减少煤制烯烃项目的空分规模、变换深度,合理利用蒸汽,提高电气化率,较高程度的实现CO_(2)减排。 In the context of“dual carbon”strategy,it is particularly important to achieve CO_(2) reduction in coal chemical plants,such as coal to olefin,while ensuring the national energy security.The current situation of the domestic market for ethylene and propylene was introduced,the carbon emissions of existing coal to olefin projects,ethane to ethylene projects in the petrochemical industry,and multi-energy coupling with coal to olefin projects were analyzed.It was pointed out that through the coupling development of coal to olefin,petrochemical and new energy,the ASU scale and CO shift depth of coal to olefin projects could be reduced,steam could be rationally utilized,electrification rate could be improved,and high CO_(2) emission reduction could be achieved.
