摘要
针对某超临界锅炉发生的高温过热器爆管事件,首先,通过宏观检验、显微组织分析、力学性能试验等方面对现场进行分析,研究发现高温过热器达到了氧化皮脱落的高峰期,氧化皮堵塞斜U型弯管,造成管壁超温,最终在T91材质位置过热爆管。最后,提出氧化皮防治措施。
In response to the high-temperature superheater tube explosion incident that occurred on a certain supercritical boiler,this article analyzed macroscopic inspection,microstructure analysis,mechanical performance tests,and other aspects.It was found that the high-temperature superheater reached the peak period of oxide skin peeling,blocked the inclined U-shaped bend,caused the tube wall to overheat,and ultimately overheated and burst at the T91 material position.Finally,propose measures to prevent oxidation skin.
