为促进纺纱行业机器人的应用和研究,对其应用现状进行了总结和分析。在智能物流系统应用方面,梳理了AGV小车和筒纱码垛机器人的应用。在智能纺纱单机设备方面,介绍了自动落筒小车、细纱接头机器人和棉条包头机器人的应用。展望了纺纱行业机器人的发展前景,并分析了其面临的挑战。认为:机器人在纺纱行业的应用还处于初级阶段,以填补全流程自动化生产断点为基础,提升纺纱生产的连续化和智能化水平,是今后纺纱机器人的发展方向。

In order to promote the application and research of the spinning industry robot,its application status was summarized and analyzed.In terms of the intelligent logistics system application,the application of the AGV and cone palletizing robot were sorted out.In the aspect of the intelligent spinning machine,the application of the automatic doffing trolley,spun yarn joint robot and cotton sliver wrapping robot were introduced.The development prospects of the spinning industry robot were forecasted and the faced challenges were analyzed.It is considered that the robot applications in spinning industry were still in the initial stage.The future development direction of the spinning robot is improving the continuous and intelligent level of the spinning production for filling the breakpoints of the whole process automation production.
