成渝地区双城经济圈高等教育与科技创新耦合协调度探析:发展新质生产力的视角

An Exploration of the Coupling Coordination Degree Between Higher Education and Sci-Tech Innovation in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle:a Perspective of Developing New Quality Productive Forces

为探讨高等教育与科技创新的互动效应及其形成新质生产力的机制,用熵值赋权法测算2010—2021年间成渝地区双城经济圈高等教育与科技创新的发展水平,并从时间趋势、空间差异、收敛特征等角度对二者的耦合协调度进行分析。研究发现:成渝地区高等教育与科技创新水平呈上升趋势,但高教资源与科创资源集中于成都、重庆两个核心城市;成渝地区高等教育与科技创新的耦合协调度整体趋势向好、提升空间较大,但双城经济圈交界地区高等教育与科技创新耦合协调度仍处于不协调状态;成渝地区高等教育与科技创新的耦合协调度存在σ收敛和β收敛,且经济社会的发展有利于耦合协调度向稳态水平演进。因此,应进一步利用好高等教育与科技创新两个资源,并充分发挥核心城市辐射效应,大力促进成渝地区发展新质生产力。

To explore the interactive effects of higher education and sci-tech innovation and the mechanism of how they contribute to forming new quality productive forces,the entropy weight assignment method was used to measure the development level of higher education and sci-tech innovation in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2010 to 2021,and the coupling coordination degree of the two was analyzed from the perspectives of time trend,spatial difference,and convergence characteristics.The research found that the levels of higher education and sci-tech innovation in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle were on the rise,but the resources for higher education and sci-tech innovation were concentrated in the two core cities of Chengdu and Chongqing.The overall trend of the coupling coordination degree of higher education and sci-tech innovation in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle was favorable,there was more room for enhancement,but the coupling coordination degree of higher education and sci-tech innovation in the border area of the economic circle was still in an uncoordinated state.There existed σ-convergence and β-convergence in the coupling coordination degree of higher education and sci-tech innovation in Chengdu-Chongqing area,and the economic and social development was conducive to the evolution of the coupling coordination degree towards a stable level.Consequently,it is necessary to further utilize the two resources of higher education and sci-tech innovation,and give full play to the radiating effects of core cities to vigorously promote the development of new quality productive forces in Chengdu-Chongqing area.
