摘要
为明确引起柴胡根腐病的主要致病菌,有效防治柴胡根腐病,采用组织分离法对感染根腐病的柴胡病原菌进行分离纯化,按照离体根部接种法,采用刺伤和无刺伤接种两种方式进行致病性测定,结合形态学观察和分子生物学方法鉴定致病菌的种类。结果表明,庆阳地区柴胡根腐病致病菌主要有尼伦伯格镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌、锐顶镰刀菌和燕麦镰刀菌,且存在复合侵染的现象。在柴胡种植栽培过程中,尽量保持植株的完整性有利于降低柴胡根腐病发病率。
In order to identify the main pathogens causing Bupleurum chinense root rot and effectively prevent and control Bupleurum chinense root rot,this paper used the tissue isolation method to isolate and purify the pathogenic bac-teria of Bupleurum chinense infected with root rot disease.According to the in vitro root inoculation method,pathogenicity was determined by using two methods of prick and non prick inoculation,and morphological observation and molecular biology methods were used to identify the types of pathogenic bacteria.The results showed that Bupleurum chinense root rot in Qingyang area were mainly caused by Fusarium nirenbergiae,Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium solani,Fusarium acuminatum and Fusarium avenaceum,and there was a phenomenon of compound infection.In the process of Bupleurum chinense cultivation,it was beneficial to reduce the incidence rate of Bupleurum chinense root rot by keeping the integrity of the plant as much as possible.
