摘要
食品加工技术是食品类专业基础课程。本文开展了以O-AMAS有效教学模型为主线的教学实践,教学内容包括教学目标设计、课堂迅速激活、教学方式多元化和有效的评测环节四方面内容。该教学模型在实际教学工作中取得了不错的效果,激发了学生的学习热情,有效地调动了课堂气氛,全面提升了学生的综合学习能力。
Food processing technology is a fundamental course in the food major.This paper has carried out teaching practice based on the O-AMAS effective teaching model,which included four aspects:teaching objectives design,rapid classroom activation,diversified teaching methods and effective evaluation.This teaching model has achieved good results in practical teaching work,stimulated students'learning enthusiasm,effectively mobilized the classroom atmosphere,and comprehensively improved students'comprehensive learning ability.
