近年来,我国马克笔总的出口量和出口创汇值继续呈一定幅度的增长态势,但在出口过程中,因国内的安全标准与国外的安全标准差异较大,我国笔类企业遭受到越来越多的技术性贸易壁垒。安全标准是技术性贸易措施的主要内容之一,加强对笔类产品安全标准的研究,对解决国外技术贸易壁垒问题具有重要意义。

In recent years,China's total export volume of markers and the value of foreign exchange earned by export continue to show a certain growth trend.However,in the process of export,because of difference of safety standards between foreign countries and China,more and more Chinese marker enterprises have suffered from technical barriers to trade.As one of the main contents of technical trade measures,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on safety standards of markers to deal with foreign technical trade barriers.
