非对称斜拉扣挂体系扣索拆除顺序研究

摘要 为保证非对称斜拉扣挂体系拆索过程中的安全性,针对传统拆索方法在拆索顺序单一和无优化方面的不足,基于影响矩阵法原理,提出一种可优化非对称斜拉扣挂体系扣索拆索顺序的方法,并以一座上承式钢管混凝土拱桥为例,对拆索顺序进行优化分析。结果表明:1)优化后的拆索方案可有效使拱圈位移和轴力波动最小;2)拆索过程中,拱圈应力、扣索索力的安全储备均较高;3)该方法适用于对称和非对称斜拉扣挂体系,可快速计算出优化的拆索顺序,对钢筋混凝土拱桥拆索顺序的选择有较高的参考价值。 In order to ensure the safety during the rope removal process of the asymmetric cable-stayed buckle hanging system,a method of optimizable dismantling sequence of asymmetric cable-stayed buckle in sequence is proposed,in view of the shortcomings of the traditional rope-breaking method in terms of single rope removal sequence and no optimization,based on the principle of the influence matrix method.Taking a top-bearing CFST arch bridge as an example,the cable removal sequence optimization analysis is carried out.The results show that:1)The optimized cable removal plan effectively minimizes the arch ring displacement and axial force fluctuations.During the cable removal process,the safety reserves of the arch ring stress and buckle cable force are both high;2)This method is suitable for symmetric and asymmetric cable-stayed fastening system,and can quickly calculate the optimized cable removal sequence,which has a high reference value for the selection of the cable removal sequence for reinforced concrete arch bridges.
