Scientifically Answering“Four Questions”:What Can be Done and How to Do It on Sports High-Quality Development

能不能科学回答中国之问、世界之问、人民之问、时代之问,关系到党和国家事业发展的前途命运。实现体育高质量发展,既是加快建设体育强国的必要保障,也是新征程上以体育之力答好“四个之问”的必然选择。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,笔者提出以体育高质量发展回答“中国之问”之解。“中国之问”基本内涵包括回答体育发展的道路之问、强国之问、福民之问、精神之问。以体育高质量发展诠释“世界之问”之义,需要拓展世界眼光和全球视野,持续深化体育领域国际交流与合作,为全球体育发展谋大同作贡献;以体育高质量发展表述“人民之问”之答,实质是不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活的多元体育需求;以体育高质量发展阐述“时代之问”之析,必须与时俱进推进和拓展中国式现代化体育发展,加快体育强国建设步伐,把体育建设成为中华民族伟大复兴的标志性事业。

Whether or not we can scientifically answer the questions of China,the world,the people,and the times is crucial to the future destiny of the Party and nation s development.Achieving sports high-quality development is not only a necessary guarantee for accelerating the construction of a sports power,but also an inevitable choice on the new journey to answer these“four questions”through the power of sports.By utilizing research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper proposes solutions to the“question of China”through high-quality development in sports.The core content of the question of China includes answering the question of the path of sports development,the question of strengthening the nation,the question of benefiting the people,and the question of spirit.To interpret the“question of the world”through high-quality development in sports,it is important to expand a global perspective and continuously deepen international exchanges and cooperation in sports,and contribute to the global development of sports.To answer the“question of the people”with high-quality development in sports,it is necessary to continually satisfy the people s ever growing and diverse sports needs for a better life.To elucidate the“question of the times”with high-quality development in sports,we must advance and expand the modernization of sports with Chinese characteristics,accelerate the pace of building a sports power,and make sports a symbolic career of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
