智能技术在智慧工地中的应用研究——以顶管工程为例

摘要 传统顶管工程施工工地具有地下施工长度大、有害气体含量高、施工作业面在水位线以下等特点,存在施工安全风险系数高、监管难度大等问题。故以南水北调顶管工程为例,研究了智能技术在施工工地安全管理、进度监管、数据管理、人员管理等方面的应用,结果表明,合理运用智能技术能够实现对施工过程中的人员、环境危险源、设备数据的有效管理,从而提升工程施工管理质量与水平,促进工程管理向智能化的方向发展。 Traditional construction site has the characteristics of large underground construction length of pipe jacking engineering,high harmful gas content,construction operation surface below the water level,and other problems such as high construction safety risk coefficient and difficult supervision,so taking the south-north pipe-jacking project as an example,this paper studies the application of the intelligent technology to the safety management,schedule supervision,data management,personnel management in the construction site.The results show that the reasonable use of intelligent technology can realize the construction process of personnel,environmental hazards,equipment data effective management,so as to improve the quality and management of engineering construction and level.
