随着经济社会的高速发展,电力营销服务面临着转型升级的需求。文章旨在探讨如何通过大数据分析技术构建电力客户的智能画像,实现营销服务的精准化。研究基于国网吉林供电公司的实际应用,通过分析海量用电数据,提出优化电力营销服务的策略和实施方案,有效提升电力营销的服务质量和管理效率,同时为客户优化运行方式节省用电成本。
With the rapid development of economic society,power marketing services are facing the need for transformation and upgrading.This paper aims to explore how to build an intelligent portrait of power users through big data analysis technology,and realize the precision of marketing services.Based on the practical application of State Grid Jilin Power Supply Company,the strategy and implementation plan of optimizing power marketing services are put forward by analyzing massive power data,which can effectively improve the service quality and management efficiency of power marketing,and at the same time optimize the operation mode for customers to save electricity costs.
