摘要
随着智慧医院建设的日益深入,医院后勤成为智慧医院建设的重要组成部分,越来越多的医院开始建立并应用后勤报修信息化系统,然而系统的应用效果参差不齐。该文介绍了上海市胸科医院后勤“一站式”报修服务工作及管理经验,针对“一站式”报修服务中出现的医护人员自我报修率低下、报修定位不准、服务商响应积极性不高等问题,通过设置报修位置码、拓展报修范围、升级报修系统、主动预防巡检等措施,持续改进后勤服务质量和效率,更好地满足现代化医院高效、便捷、人性化的管理需求。
With the deepening of the smart hospitals construction,hospital logistics has become an important part of the construction of smart hospitals,and more and more hospitals have begun to establish and apply logistics repair information systems,but the application effect of the system is uneven.In view of the problems of low self-repair rate,inaccurate positioning and low response enthusiasm of service providers in the"One-stop"repair service,this paper introduces the work and management experience of the"One-stop"logistics service of Shanghai Chest Hospital,and continuously improves the quality and efficiency of logistics services by setting up the repair location code,expanding the scope of repair,upgrading the repair system,and actively preventing inspections,so as to better meet the efficient,convenient and humanized management needs of modern hospitals.
