清热祛浊方联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of Qingre Quzhuo Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2

目的探究清热祛浊方联合二甲双胍治疗痰湿瘀热型2型糖尿病及对炎性因子的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的130例痰湿瘀热型2型糖尿病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各65例。对照组予以常盐酸二甲双胍治疗,试验组在西药治疗基础上加用自拟清热祛浊方。2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胰岛素抵抗(IR)。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率为93.85%,对照组总有效率为81.54%,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组中医证候积分、FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IR均降低(P<0.05),试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热祛浊方联合二甲双胍治疗痰湿瘀热型2型糖尿病可提高临床疗效,降低血糖和炎症反应,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Quzhuo Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 of phlegm-damp and static blood and heat type,and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods 130 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 of phlegm-damp and static blood and heat type admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Hebei Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 65 cases in each goup.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the experiment group was treated with self-made Qingre Quzhuo Decoction on the basis of the treatment of Western medicine.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical eficacy,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a),and insulin resistance(IR)of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experiment group was 93.85%,while that of the control group was 81.54%,and the experiment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,and IR of two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the experiment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Quzhuo Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 of phlegm-damp and static blood and heat type can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce blood sugar levels and inflammatory reaction.This therapy is worth promoting.
