干化学在钙离子检测中的应用

Application of Dry Chemistry in Calcium Ion Detection

随着中国现代化高质量的快速发展,社会经济不断增长,有力地推动了现代科学技术的进步,各项先进的快速检测技术、检测方法逐渐运用到定量检测血清中钙离子的含量,提高了检测工作的高质量运行,促进现代化检测技术和检测水平的飞速提升,同时推动了我国血液检测的发展。因此,本文以无纺布为其扩散层,自制钙离子检测试剂层,组装得到钙离子检测试剂干片。经研究测试证明,钙离子干片可以对不同浓度的血清一一做出响应,具有良好的重复性、稳定性,在体外诊断检测干化学法领域具有很大的发展潜力。

With the rapid and high quality development of Chinese modernization,the continuous growth of the social economy has facilitated advancements in modern science and technology.Consequently,various advanced rapid detection technologies and methods have gradually been employed for quantitative measurement of serum calcium ion levels.This enhancement ensures efficient operation in detection work,accelerates progress in modern detection technology and proficiency,and contributes to the advancement of blood testing in our country.Therefore,this study utilizes non-woven fabric as a diffusion layer while independently producing a calcium ion detection reagent layer to assemble a dry sheet for calcium ion detection.It has been demonstrated that the calcium ion dry tablet can accurately respond to different concentrations of serum with excellent repeatability and stability,showcasing significant potential for development within the field of in vitro diagnostic detection dry chemistry.
