地面三维激光扫描技术在不动产测绘中的应用研究

摘要 本文首先介绍了一种利用移动手持式三维激光扫描仪进行不动产测绘外业的数据收集与处理技术,该技术能够迅速且高效地收集高质量的三维点云数据,经过一系列处理步骤,如配准、降噪、抽样和切割等,获得二维点云数据。其次,该技术还结合了随机抽样一致算法(random sample consensus,RANSAC)模拟墙体轮廓,并通过尺寸比较来验证其精确性。最后实验结果表明,移动手持式三维激光扫描仪在不动产测绘方面具有巨大应用潜力。 In the real estate registration,real estate surveying and mapping data is a key basic surveying and mapping data.Firstly,this paper introduces a mobile handheld 3D laser scanner for real estate surveying and mapping field data collection and processing technology.The technology enables the rapid and efficient collection of high-quality 3D point cloud data.After a series of processing steps,such as registration,noise reduction,sampling and cutting,two-dimensional point cloud data is obtained.Secondly,the technology combines a random sampling consensus algorithm(RANSAC)to simulate the wall contours and verify their accuracy through dimensional comparisons.Finally,the experimental results show that the mobile handheld 3D laser scanner has great application potential in real estate surveying and mapping of construction projects.
