案例教学法联合3D打印技术在儿童足踝畸形教学中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合3D打印技术在儿童足踝畸形教学中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年1—6月于首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院骨科轮转的40名儿外科学专业型硕士研究生作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将40名研究对象随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20名。对照组及试验组的学习内容均为儿童常见足踝畸形,包括先天性马蹄内翻足、先天性垂直距骨、高弓内翻足、扁平外翻足的解剖特点、诊断标准及治疗原则。对照组采用传统教学法讲解,利用足踝畸形患儿的影像学资料及正常踝关节模型进行授课。试验组采用基于足踝畸形3D打印模型的CBL模式进行教学。即从首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院影像科调取足踝畸形的电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)数据资料,制作3D打印模型,教师借助3D模型为试验组进行立体展示,对足踝畸形的解剖结构、诊断要点及治疗方案进行讲解。课后通过主观问卷及客观考核判断教学效果。结果 试验组在主观问卷调查自我评价得分和客观考核得分方面,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBL联合3D打印技术的教学模式可提高学生对儿童足踝畸形的理解和掌握,弥补传统教学的不足,具备更好的教学效果。 Objective To explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with 3D printing technology in teaching foot and ankle deformities in children.Methods Forty postgraduates who were rotated in the Department of Orthopedics,Beijing Children's Hospital,Capital Medical University from January to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20).The learning contents of the control group and the experimental group were common foot and ankle deformities in children,including the anatomical characteristics,diagnostic criteria and treatment principles of congenital equinovarus,congenital vertical talus,high arch varus and flat valgus.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,using imaging of children with foot and ankle deformities and normal ankle models.In the experimental group,the CBL mode based on 3D printing technology was used for teaching,and the computed tomography(CT)data of foot and ankle deformities were obtained from the imaging department of our hospital to make 3D printing model.Teachers made a detailed display for the experimental group with the help of 3D model,and explained the anatomical structure,diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle deformity.After class,the teaching effect is assessed by subjective questionnaire and objective assessment.Results The scores of subjective self-evaluation and objective assessment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with 3D printing technology can improve students'understanding of foot and ankle deformities in children,make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching,and have better teaching effect.
