摘要
超声滚压强化是一种可控性强的新型表面改性技术。文章首先概括了超声滚压强化对金属表面改性的机理,从微观层面分析滚压过程中发生的应变强化、细晶强化和位错强化对材料性能的影响。在此基础上揭示了静压力、强化振幅、滚压次数和进给速度等超声滚压工艺参数对残余应力影响的重要性,并综述喷丸-超声滚压、激光冲击-超声滚压、热场-超声滚压、电脉冲-超声滚压四种复合技术对残余应力的调控作用。最后对超声滚压技术调控残余应力的研究现状及发展前景做出总结和展望。
Ultrasonic rolling strengthening is a new surface modification technology with strong controllability.In this paper,the surface modification mechanism of metal by ultrasonic rolling strengthening is summarized,and the effects of strain strengthening,fine crystal strengthening and dislocation strengthening on the properties of the material are analyzed from the microscopic level.On this basis,the importance of ultrasonic rolling process parameters such as static pressure,strengthening amplitude,rolling frequency and feed speed on the residual stress was revealed,and the regulation effects of four composite technologies,such as shot peen-ultrasonic rolling,laser impact-ultrasonic rolling,thermal field-ultrasonic rolling and electric pulse-ultrasonic rolling,on the residual stress were reviewed.Finally,the research status and development prospect of residual stress control by ultrasonic rolling technology are summarized and prospected.
