ERG理论视角下高职院校“90后”教师职业压力的成因与对策研究

Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures of the“Post-90s”Teachers’Occupational Stress in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of ERG Theory

“90后”青年教师是高校教师队伍的新生力量,是学校可持续发展的主力军,他们的身心健康直接影响着高等职业教育事业的发展。文章根据奥尔德弗的ERG理论,从人的三种核心需求出发,研究高职院校“90后”教师职业压力的形成原因、主要特征和表现形式,并从新的理论视角就“90后”教师职业压力的应对策略进行研究,旨在缓解“90后”教师职业压力,助力青年教师健康成长。

Young teachers born in the 1990s are a new force in the teaching staff of universities and the main force for the sustainable development of universities.Their physical and mental health directly affects the future of higher vocational education.Based on Alderfer’s ERG theory and starting from the three core needs of human existence,this article studies the causes,main characteristics,and manifestations of occupational stress among“post 90s”teachers in higher vocational colleges.From a new theoretical perspective,it explores strategies to cope with occupational stress among“post 90s”teachers,aiming to alleviate the occupational stress of“post 90s”teachers and help young teachers grow up healthily.
