摘要
OBE教育理念要求授课教师在课程设置、教学与考核评价中,必须以人才培养目标和课程目标为工作基础和建设依据。鉴于“机场目视助航设施”课程考核评价中存在着评价形式单一、评价机制灵活性不够等问题,课题组从学生学习目标出发,结合理论型学习任务设计、多种教学模式融合等多种举措,探索构建基于成果导向理念的考核评价体系。经教学实践验证,该评价体系在教学评价中起到了检验学习效果、学习过程、学生素质能力变化的作用,促进了学生知识能力与综合素质的全面发展与进步。
OBE education concept requires teachers to take talent training objectives and curriculum objectives as the basis of work and construction in curriculum setting,teaching and evaluation.In view of the problems such as single evaluation form and insufficient flexibility of evaluation mechanism in the assessment and evaluation of the course“airport visual navigation aids”,the research group,starting from students’learning objectives,combined with various measures such as theoretical learning task design and the integration of multiple teaching modes,explored the construction of an assessment and evaluation system based on the outcome-based education concept.The teaching practice verifies that the evaluation system plays a role in testing the learning effect,learning process and the change of students’quality and ability in teaching evaluation,and promotes the overall development and progress of students’knowledge ability and comprehensive quality.
