机电一体化数控技术在矿山机械中的应用

摘要 现阶段,矿山行业普遍推行机械化生产,在生产各个环节陆续采用各种机械设备,这些设备在提高生产效率、保障生产安全等方面具有重要作用。但矿山机械种类繁多,每种设备都有独特的运行特点,为保障机械设备可靠运行,企业需大力推广机电一体化数控技术。目前,机电一体化数控技术在矿山机械中的应用相对成功。基于此,本文从机电一体化数控技术优势出发,详细分析此技术在矿山机械中的应用表现,以期指导实际工作。 At present,mechanized production is widely promoted in the mining industry,and various mechanical equipment is gradually adopted in various stages of production.These equipment play an important role in improving production efficiency and ensuring production safety.However,there are various types of mining machinery,each with unique operating characteristics.To ensure the reliable operation of mechanical equipment,enterprises need to vigorously promote mechatronics integrated CNC technology.At present,mechatronics integrated CNC technology has been relatively successfully applied in mining machinery.Based on this,starting from the advantages of mechatronics integrated CNC technology,this paper analyzes in detail the application performance of this technology in mining machinery,in order to guide practical work.
