人工智能化是社会发展大势所趋,培养人工智能法治人才符合时代因应。当前人工智能法治人才培养实践具有课程开设多样化、学科建设常态化、人才培养模式多元化、人才培养层次以研究生为主等特点,同时也存在人才培养目标不明确、课程开设形式化、学科设置盲从化、教学内容偏理论化以及学科知识体系欠缺等问题。对此,应当明确人才培养目标,优化课程设置,科学谋划学科发展,强化师资力量建设,完善学科知识体系构建,从而提升人工智能法治人才培养质效。
