摘要
公安机关招录人民警察心理素质测评是运用心理学测量方法评估考生的心理健康状况和职业心理素质,是公安队伍建设和人民警察培养重要组成部分。通过梳理公安机关招录人民警察心理素质测评的现状发现,由于测评理念未得到广泛认可、评价机制不健全、专业力量薄弱引发测评的专业量表缺乏、测评内容单一、各地测评实施情况差异明显,测评程序不规范等问题。为提升招录人民警察心理素质测评工作质量,要做好测评的“战备性”建设、丰富测评的工具和技术手段、优化测评的实施步骤,才能助力公安队伍高质量发展。
The psychological quality assessment of police recruited by public security organs is to evaluate the mental health status and professional psychological quality of candidates who pass the written test by using psychological measurement methods,which is an important part of public security team construction and police training.By combing the current situation of psychological quality assessment,it is found that the assessment concept is not widely recognized,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the professional strength is weak,leading to unprofessional assessment scale,single assessment content,significant differences in the implementation of assessment in different places,and ununified assessment procedures.In order to improve the quality of the psychological quality assessment of the police,it is necessary to do a good job in the construction of“combat readiness”,enrich the ze the implementation steps of the assessment,so as toassessment tools and technical means,and optimi help the construction of the public security team.
