适应公安工作现代化的新型公安人才培养策略研究

Research on New Police Personnel Training Strategy Adapting to the Modernization of Police Work

公安教育是公安社会化的重要途径。通过公安教育所培养的适合公安工作现代化趋势的新型公安人才对于公安整体素质提升和我国公安队伍建设具有重要意义。对公安工作现代化趋势、人才培养目标、当前培养模式所存在的培养理念与实际需求、课程体系与实际工作、教学方法与实际手段、师资力量与实际素质之间的矛盾进行深入探颐,提出具有针对性、有效性的人才培养策略,包括更新培养理念、优化课程设置,加强师资队伍建设,加强国际交流合作以及建立健全人才培养质量评价体系等。现实昭示,适应公安工作现代化需要的新型公安人才培养目标应立足多维,并按需制定差异、有效、可供参鉴的培养方案。

Public security education is an important approach to the socialization of public security in China.It is of great significance to improve the overall quality of public security and build police force to cultivate the talents who are suitable for the modernization trend of public security work through public security education.The contradictions between training concept and actual demand,curriculum system and actual work,backward teaching methods and means,teachers’quantity and quality are deeply explored in the aspects of the modernization trend of public security work,personnel training goals,current training mode and so on.This paper puts forward targeted and effective talent training strategies,including updating the training concept,optimizing the curriculum,strengthening the construction of teachers,strengthening international exchanges and cooperation,and establishing a sound talent training quality evaluation system.Reality shows that new training objectives of police talents are needed to adapt to the modernization of police work,and different,effective and reference training programs should be formulated according to different dimensions and needs.
