核电站气动截止阀故障分析及诊断

摘要 核电站小口径气动截止阀技术要求严、安全系数高,是核电装备国产化进程中的重点攻关项目之一。在核电站实际运行过程中,小口径气动截止阀可能会出现阀瓣开裂、隔膜漏气、呼吸孔漏气等故障,导致阀门无法动作或产生泄漏,进而影响电站系统的安全。本文针对典型小口径气动截止阀,分析了其运作过程中的常见故障,并提出了一套设备防护标准化流程和一套气动截止阀故障诊断方法,对后续在建、在运中国改进型百万千瓦级压水堆(CPR1000)核电机组的安装、调试及运行维修工作具有重要参考借鉴意义,对阀门生产制造企业具有一定的参考价值。 Pneumatic globe valve of nuclear power plant Small bore has strict technical Requirement and high safety factor,which is one of the key research projects in the process of localization of nuclear power equipment.During the Operation of some nuclear power plants in China,the pneumatic stop valves of Small bore repeatedly have faults such as disc cracking,diaphragm air leakage,breathing hole air leakage,etc.,which eventually lead to the failure of the valves to Acting or Leak,which seriously affects the safety of Influence power station System.Based on the typical failure Treatment of pneumat-ic globe valves in Small bore,this paper analyzes,summarizes and summarizes the common failures of Pneumatic valve in nuclear power plants,and puts forward a set of standardized procedures in Equip-ment,Diagnosis and a set of pneumatic globe valve failures in Diagnosis,Diagnosis.This paper has im-portant Operation reference significance for the follow-up installation of improved million kilowatt Water reactor(CPR1000)nuclear power units under construction and in operation,Commissioning and Maintenance,Reference,and has certain Production value for Enterprise valve manufacturing Refer-ence.
