摘要
介绍了核取样系统高压差减压阀的技术要求及功能,结合前期项目同类型减压阀运行经验,评估阀门汽蚀风险,并对阀门进行改进优化,采用了多级降压式结构型式。通过模拟试验辅助分析,验证产品研发满足要求。该类高压差减压阀的研发,为解决阀门汽蚀风险提供了分析思路和解决方法,可提高阀门的可靠性。
This article introduces the technical requirements and functions of the high pressure differenti-al reducing valve in the nuclear sampling system.Based on the operating experience of similar reducing valves in previous projects,the risk of valve cavitation is evaluated,and the valve is improved and opti-mized,a multistage pressure reducing structure is adopted.Through simulation tests and auxiliary analy-sis,it is verified that the product development meets the requirements.The development of this high pressure differential reducing valve provides an analytical approach and solution to address the risk of valve cavitation,which can improve the reliability of the valve.
