摘要
本文提供了一种核级无阀盖波纹管截止阀的详细结构方案,开展了该阀门流量特性、阀门刚度及抗震性能等方面的设计验证,确保阀门满足华龙一号最新核电技术的要求;并通过对该型号阀门制造过程的规划,提供了一套完整的核电站日常维修不可达区域波纹管截止阀的解决方案。
This article proposes a detailed structural scheme for a nuclear grade bellow globe valve with-out a bonnet,and conducts design verification of the valve's flow characteristics,valve stiffness,and seismic performance to ensure that the valve meets the requirements of the latest nuclear power technol-ogy of Hualong project;And by planning the manufacturing process of this type of valve,a complete so-lution for bellow globe valves in areas inaccessible for daily maintenance in nuclear power plants has been provided.
