核电站用海水蝶阀金属表面涂层研究

摘要 针对核电站用海水蝶阀在不同的运行工况中存在各种失效现象的问题,分析了与海水接触的金属材料失效的主要原因。采用金属表面涂覆涂层作为防腐措施来解决这类问题,并建立了一种可以对比不同涂层品牌综合性能的试验方法。结果表明,使用耐腐蚀性好、适用性好、成本低的涂层品牌作为防腐方案,可以大大降低核电站的后期运行维护成本。本文试验方法和结果可用于海水蝶阀设计、制造和维修过程中的防腐措施。 In view of the various failure phenomena of seawater butterfly valves used in nuclear power plants under different operating conditions,the main reasons for the failure of metal materials in contact with seawater are analyzed.To solve these problems,the metal surface coating is used as an anti-cor-rosion measure,and a test method is established to compare the comprehensive properties of different coating brands.The results show that the coating brand with good corrosion resistance,good applicabil-ity and low cost can greatly reduce the later operation and maintenance cost of nuclear power plant.The test method and results in this paper can be used for anti-corrosion measures in the design,manu-facture and maintenance of seawater butterfly valves.
