压水堆核电机组汽机旁路调节阀降压结构选型分析

摘要 汽轮机旁路调节阀主要用于核电机组汽机旁排系统中排出核岛产生的大量蒸汽,是压水堆核电机组的重要阀门之一,其实现功能的关键部件便是降压结构。本文基于不同降压结构下的核电机组汽轮机旁路调节阀,例如套筒式多级降压结构调节阀及迷宫式多级降压结构调节阀,从结构设计、工作原理及运行维护等方面进行对比分析,经过分析得出各降压结构旁路调节阀优缺点。用户可根据核电厂的技术路线和具体需求选择相对适宜的产品。但在未来新建核电市场中,“套筒式+迷宫式”降压结构调节阀预计将有较广阔的应用前景。 Steam turbine bypass control valve is mainly used to discharge a large amount of steam gen-erated by the nuclear island in the turbine side exhaust system of the nuclear power plant.It is one of the important valves of the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant,and the key component of its function is the decompression structure.Based on the bypass regulating valves of nuclear power units with different step-down structures,such as sleeve multistage step-down structure regulating valve and labyrinth multistage step-down structure regulating valve,this paper makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of structural design,working principle,operation and maintenance,and obtains the ad-vantages and disadvantages of each step-down structure bypass regulating valve.Users can choose rel-atively suitable products according to the technical route and specific needs of nuclear power plants.However,in the future new nuclear power market,the"sleeve type+labyrinth type"buck structure regulator is expected to have a broad application prospect.
