摘要
本文主要介绍了核电用金属波纹管用06Cr19Ni11Ti不锈钢,由于其自身特性优势具备优良的高温力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和冷热加工性,常常作为核电用波纹管材料的首选。但在进行自熔焊接时会有大量黑色焊渣生成,极难清理,导致无损检测合格率较低。本文利用0.3mm的06Cr19Ni11Ti不锈钢薄壁带材进行焊接试验,研究了黑色焊渣的生成原因,通过在保护气体中加入还原性气体,焊后焊道表面无黑色焊渣生成。
This article mainly introduces 06Cr19Ni11Ti stainless steel for metal corrugated pipes used in nuclear power.Due to its inherent advantages,it has excellent high-temperature mechanical proper-ties,corrosion resistance,and cold and hot workability,and is often the preferred material for corrugated pipes used in nuclear power.However,during self fusion welding,a large amount of black welding slag is generated,which is extremely difficult to clean,resulting in a low qualification rate for non-destruc-tive testing.This article uses a 0.3mm O6Cr19Ni11Ti stainless steel thin-walled strip for welding ex-periments to study the reason for the formation of black welding slag.By adding reducing gas to the shielding gas,there is no black welding slag generated on the surface of the weld bead after welding.
