摘要 成仿吾一生为党的教育事业而奋斗,致力于开创和建设我国高等教育的新局面。他在长期担任高校校长的实践历程中积累了丰富的管理经验,形成了精深又颇具特色的大学管理思想,在办学理念、教学管理、人事管理、校风学风管理等方面彰显了其思想的内涵意蕴。作为多所高校的最高管理者,成仿吾在管理方向上坚持党的统一领导与民主治校相结合,在管理实践中立足中国实践办教育,在管理制度上构建科学系统的教育管理体系。他兢兢业业,在教育事业中谱写了大学管理的新诗篇,契合中国共产党人的初心使命,启迪新时代高校管理者坚定党的政治方向引领、依托特色发展育人优势、以教育家精神推进高校管理体系建设,从而赋能高等教育管理思想的高质量发展,推进中国式高等教育现代化进程,为建设教育强国的行稳致远提供了历史智慧。 Cheng Fangwu dedicated his life to advancing the educational mission of the Communist Party of China and played a pivotal role in shaping the higher education landscape in P.R.China.Through his extensive experience as a university president,he developed a profound and distinct management philosophy that encompassed various aspects,including institutional vision,teaching practices,personnel management,and cultivating a scholarly ethos.As a leader of several universities,Cheng Fangwu advocated for a balanced approach,harmonizing the Party's unified leadership with democratic university governance.His management practices were deeply rooted in China's societal context,and he constructed a scientific and systematic educational management system.Cheng Fangwu's unwavering commitment to education left a rich legacy aligned with the foundational mission of the Communist Party of China.His insights inspire contemporary university administrators to uphold the Party's political leadership,capitalize on institutional strengths,and promote the development of a management system imbued with an educator's ethos.This philosophical framework empowers the high-quality development of higher education management thought,propels the modernization of China's higher education system,and provides historical wisdom for building a robust educational nation.
