摘要
根据库恩的范式理论,高校国际化人才培养范式是高等教育部门理论研究者和实践参与者共同接受的国际化人才培养理论认知、路径模型与实施典范的集合。二战以来,伴随着高等教育国际化主导逻辑的变迁发展,高校国际化人才培养范式经历了常规科学时期、范式危机时期、范式革命时期的转换阶段。后疫情时代,虚拟国际化逻辑主导下的高等教育旨在将数字化转型与国际化进程深度融合,以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能浪潮带来了全球融合与科技竞争的新型博弈,在这一突变的全球化背景下,高校需积极开拓虚拟时空中培养国际化人才的模型框架,关注当今面临短缺的高阶技能,通过智能辅助与协作协同的具体路径,创新国际化人才培养范例实践。
According to Thomas Kuhn's paradigm theory,the framework for cultivating international talent in universities encompasses shared cognitions on theories,pathway models,and exemplary practices endorsed by researchers and practitioners in higher education.Since the end of World War II,this paradigm has evolved through stages of normal science,anomalies and crises,and scientific revolutions,mirroring the shifting landscape of higher education internationalization.In the post-pandemic era,guided by the principle of virtual internationalization,higher education seeks to integrate digital technology with the internationalization process.The rise of generative artificial intelligence,such as ChatGPT,has introduced new dynamics in global integration and scientific and technological competition.In this evolving context,universities must actively explore frameworks for cultivating international talents in virtual environments,address the current shortage of high-level skills,and innovate international talent cultivation practices through intelligent assistance and collaboration.
