产教联合体助力新质生产力发展的逻辑理路和实践路径

摘要 新质生产力是以创新为关键、以质优为核心的生产力形态,是传统生产力的质变与跃升。产教联合体作为产教融合的一种新型组织形态,具有人才培养、技术研发、创新创业以及促进产业经济发展等多种功能,与新质生产力发展密切相关。产教联合体通过塑造新素质劳动者、催生新型劳动对象、拓展劳动资料领域,助力新质生产力发展。在新的时代背景下,产教联合体助力新质生产力发展面临着组织架构运行难度大、企业的办学主体作用亟待加强、对接国家重点产业发展需求不足以及校企契合度不高等诸多挑战。为更好地使产教联合体助力新质生产力发展,应健全保障制度、树立新质人才观、发挥企业的重要主体作用、注重与国家重点产业发展同频共振、推进实体化运行。 New quality productivity,characterized by innovation and quality,represents a qualitative leap from traditional productivity models.As a novel organizational form,industry-education consortia integrate talent cultivation,technology research and development,innovation,entrepreneurship,and industrial economic promotion,all of which are pivotal to developing new quality productivity.These consortia contribute to new quality productivity by shaping skilled workers,fostering innovative labor practices,and expanding the scope of labor materials.However,in the current era,industry-education consortia face challenges such as operational complexities,the need for greater enterprise involvement in education,insufficient alignment with national industrial priorities,and low compatibility between schools and enterprises.To effectively foster new quality productivity through industry-education consortia,it is essential to enhance the support system,adopt modern talent development paradigms,empower enterprises as primary educational entities,align efforts with national key industries,and ensure substantive operational practices between industry and academia.
