摘要
浮选尾煤煤泥水处理是选煤厂实现水闭路循环的关键。本文针对选煤厂难沉降浮选尾煤煤泥水,研究了电解预处理对浮选尾煤煤泥水提质沉降特性的影响,考察了煤泥水的组成与基本特性,探索了预处理方式、电解时间、煤浆pH等对回收和沉降效果的影响。结果表明,浮选尾煤煤泥水中颗粒组成复杂,粒度分布宽,煤泥水稳定性高,自然沉降速率慢。电解预处理是一种可实现煤炭资源回收和有效改善煤泥水沉降效果的煤泥水预处理方法,经5 min电解预处理,可将浮选的精煤产率提高到51.34%,精煤灰分低至11.74%,浮选后尾煤灰分可达76.24%。当煤泥水初始pH为2,经25 min电解处理后,其沉降速度可达23.8 mm/min。研究结果对于煤泥水再选提质及沉降处理提供了技术和数据支撑。
The treatment of flotation tailings slurry is the key to achieving water closed-loop circulation in coal preparation plants.This ar-ticle aims to study the impact of electrolytic pre-treatment on the quality improvement and sedimentation characteristics of flotation tailings slurry in coal preparation plants,examines the composition and basic characteristics of coal slurry,and explores the effects of pre-treatment methods,elec-trolytic time,coal slurry pH,and other recovery and sedimentation effects.The results show that the flotation tailings slurry has a complex particle composition,wide particle size distribution,high stability,and slow natural sedimentation rate.Electrolytic pre-treatment is a coal slurry pre-treat-ment method that can achieve coal resource recovery and effectively improve the sedimentation effect of coal slurry.After 5 minutes of electrolytic pre-treatment,the yield of flotation concentrate can be increased to 51.34%,the ash content of the concentrate can be reduced to 11.74%,and the ash content of the flotation tailings can reach 76.24%.When the initial pH of coal slurry is 2,after 25 minutes of electrolytic treatment,its sedimentation rate can reach 23.8 mm/min.The research results provide technical and data support for the re-separation and upgrading of coal slurry and sedimen-tation treatment.
