摘要
本文在概述聚丙烯改性技术的基础上,针对聚丙烯亲水性差的问题,采用共混改性技术制备亲水聚丙烯样品,并测试改性、未改性样品力学性能和亲水表征。经研究发现,共混改性亲水PP与未改性PP力学性能基本一致。亲水PP接触角、滴水观察、分散实验均优于未改性PP。根据实验结果表明,采用共混改性亲水聚丙烯亲水性能良好。
Based on an overview of polypropylene modification technology,this article addresses the issue of poor hydrophilicity of polypropylene by using blending modification technology to prepare hydrophilic polypropylene samples,and tests the mechanical properties and hydrophilicity characterization of modified and unmodified samples.Through research,it has been found that the mechanical properties of hydrophilic PP modified by blending are basically the same as those of unmodified PP.The contact angle,dripping observation,and dispersion experiment of hydrophilic PP are all better than those of unmodified PP.According to the experimental results,the hydrophilicity of hydrophilic polypropylene modified by blending is good.
