摘要
以上海某医疗废物焚烧处理工程为例,详细介绍了焚烧系统的工艺流程和智慧焚烧以及绿色低碳的关键技术。以医废全流程数字化服务平台为手段,探讨了医疗废物处置过程中的智慧收运、AGV自动进料、清洁焚烧、烟气超净排放、减污降碳等关键技术,为医疗废物焚烧项目的建设提供借鉴与参考。
Taking the medical waste incineration project in Shanghai as a case study,this paper provides a detailed overview of the incineration system's process flow,and the key technologies related to intelligent incineration and green and low-carbon.Utilizing a digital service platform for the entire medical waste disposal process as a means of digitalization,this study explores key technologies such as intelligent collection and transportation,automated guided vehicle(AGV)feeding,clean incineration,ultra-clean emission of flue gas,pollution reduction and carbon reduction.The findings offer valuable insights and references for the construction of medical waste incineration projects.
