摘要
针对山西某矿通风系统现存的自动化、智能化水平低,通风效率低等不足,基于智能通风系统的主要技术架构,结合智能通风系统的主要功能,对该矿通风系统进行了智能化改造,改进了通风路线布局,增设了传感器,创建了智能通风系统。通过对矿井主要需风点,通风方案的优化,矿井在突发灾变时,可及时进行调风,反风,解决了供风不足问题以及风量浪费问题,同时提升了通风系统的自动化,智能化运行水平,达到了较好的通风应用效果,可为类似工况下,矿井通风系统的优化改造提供参考。
In response to the existing shortcomings of automation,low intelligence level,and low ventilation efficiency in the ventilation sys-tem of a certain mine in Shanxi,based on the main technical architecture of the intelligent ventilation system and combined with the main functions of the intelligent ventilation system,the ventilation system of the mine was intelligently transformed.The ventilation route layout was improved,sen-sors were added,and an intelligent ventilation system was created.By optimizing the main air demand points and ventilation schemes of the mine,the mine can adjust and reverse air in a timely manner in case of sudden disasters,solving the problems of insufficient air supply and air waste.At the same time,the automation and intelligent operation level of the ventilation system were improved,achieving good ventilation application effects.This can provide reference for the optimization and transformation of the mine ventilation system under similar working conditions.
