选煤厂控制系统综合智能化升级改造研究

摘要 针对贵州某选煤厂洗选工艺复杂、自动化程度低等问题,提出通过智能化升级改造提高选煤厂生产效率及产品品质。在分析选煤厂现有生产工艺和系统基础上,对智能化升级改造方案进行探讨并分析现场应用效果。结果表明,智能化系统在减人增效及提高选煤厂产品品质及生产效率方面效果显著,现场工作人员减少至94人、降低人力资源成本约576万元/年;同时精煤合格率、产率分别提升约1.2%、0.5%,直接增加经济效益约158万元/年。 In response to the complex washing process and low automation level of a coal preparation plant in Guizhou,it is proposed to im-prove the production efficiency and product quality of the plant through intelligent upgrading and transformation.On the basis of analyzing the exist-ing production process and system of the coal preparation plant,this paper explores the intelligent upgrade and transformation plan and analyzes the on-site application effect.The results show that the intelligent system has significant effect in reducing manpower and increasing efficiency as well as improving the product quality and production efficiency of the coal preparation plant,reducing the number of on-site staff to 94 and lowering the hu-man resource cost by about 5.76 million yuan/year;At the same time,the qualification rate of fine coal and the production rate have been improved by about 1.2%and 0.5%respectively,which has directly increased the economic benefits by about 1.58 million yuan/year.
